Q: How do I select what version of proton a game will use?
You can select a different proton version for a game to use by opening that games properties menu
Navigate to the Compatibility section.
Now check the “Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool” option. When you do that you’ll notice a new dropdown will appear below.
You can now use this dropdown to select any Proton version installed on your system.
