Playing Slime Rancher on The Steam Deck
Slime Rancher 2 is just around the corner so it’s a great time to get reacquainted with the original! Slime Rancher is rated Playable on the Steam Deck, mostly, I think, because of the need to bring up the on screen keyboard manually.
I haven’t played for too long, but so far it is running excellently.
Control Settings and Question Marks
As someone who is hopelessly incapable of using controllers, Slime Rancher did give me a bit of trouble. For some reason during the tutorial all of the button images are just question marks.
Thankfully, it’s easy to find the Controller Layout.
